Who is Powertron Global™?
Powertron Global™ is a science and engineering company, and leader in thermodynamic enhancement technology, providing the only patented solution to address complete HVAC/R system performance enhancement.
Did You Know?
There is a design flaw that exists in almost every piece of HVAC equipment in the world, including the units at your home and business. HVAC technicians would agree that AC units lose S.E.E.R. (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) over time. However, they may not understand why. This design flaw can cost you an extra 5-15% on your power bill.
How Will PermaFrost™ Help?
PermaFrost ® is a Nanomagnetic solution to the mechanical problem known as "Oil Fouling" utilizing Powertron Global's™ patented Nucleo Molecular Regenerative (NMR) technology. It works in three ways, acting as:
 |
A one-time displacement technology, installed while the system is running, that removes "oil fouling" from your system and preventing it from ever re-occuring again |
 |
A thermo conductive lubricant that enhances the heat transfer ability of the metal itself, improving the overall efficiency of an HVAC system, allowing it to work less by achieving set temperatures quicker |
 |
A surface tension reduction technology that extends the useful HVAC equipment life and saves operating costs by drawing less energy, allowing the compressor, condenser and evaporator to perform at their utmost design efficiency |
In addition, PermaFrost™ also contains anti-humectants, acid scavengers and seal/bearing conditioners. Anti-humectants and acid scavengers help neutralize moisture and help prevent acid chain reactions. Seal conditioners work to preserve the seals and guard against premature failure. Bearing conditioners lubricate and dissipate heat faster, preserving the metal surface.
